Our company have been in operation for over 30 years and we proudly manufacture and supply custom fabricated architectural products on some of the most prestigious building true-out the entire USA and Canada.
Our dedicated teams of passionate and knoledgeable individual, work together to offer our clients the best craftmanship of our industry.
Duties - Oversee and manage the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met - Develop and implement production schedules and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations - Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment - Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed - Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance Skills - Ability to read blue print and - Experience in assembling, fabricating, or manufacturing products - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment Note:
